بنده افتخار شاگردی این استاد بزرگوار را نداشتم، اما از اساتیدمان شنیده بودم که ایشان یکی از صاحبنظران بخش سم شناسی سازمان پزشکی قانونی کشور هستند. روحشان قرین رحمت الهی باد.کاش می شد در یک فرصت مناسب، مصاحبه ای را با همسر یا فرزندان آن مرحوم انجام دهید و ای کاش که جوامع دامپزشکی، قدر این اساتید را قبل از رفتنشان بدانند و به موقع از ایشان تجلیل کنند.

استاد هاشمی تنکابنی در زمینه سم شناسی از نوادر دوران بود. اخلاق نیکو، منش ملایم، حافظه بی نظیر، علم وافر و کلاس های شیرین استاد همیشه در یاد من و سایر دانشجویان ایشان خواهد ماند. یادشان گرامی و روحشان قرین رحمت باد.

از شنیدن خبر درگذشت آن استاد عزیز متاسف شدم. کلاس های درس ایشان در دانشکده دامپزشکی تهران در سالهای دهه 60 همواره پر طرفدار و برای همه دانشجویان دلنشین و به معنای واقعی کلمه آموزنده بود.من علاوه بر افتخار شاگردی ایشان برای ترجمه بخشی از یک کتاب سم شناسی بارها به دفترشان در پزشکی قانونی مراجعه داشتم و خاطرات اخلاق خوش و بی نظیرشان و فروتنی ایشان همگام با چیره دستیشان درعلم روز سم شناسی را هرگز فراموش نمی کنم. روانشان شاد باد.
